what are your thoughts about Govenor Rick Perry not accepting the bail out monies for Texas?
Gangs and Gang Activity increasing
Healthy Parents always want the best for their kids. I ask do kids always want what's best for them? Are they totally knowlegable about what it means to belong, to join a Gang?
First, let's ask is it more then a kinship, a brotherly fellowship? Is it more then getting together, and just "shooting the breeze". Or, is it really, "shooting at the breeze?".
What can society do to help decrease the double standards and raise the values of our youth, that remember continue as adults to be gang members.?
